One Scout keeps its Cover on 100% of the time so the queen stays dark, safe and stress-free. Link the second Scout to it and leave it open as you like: curious workers come out, and you can watch the action without disturbing the queen. The space stays small so a young colony doesn't waste effort. Two Scouts Link directly on the table without Risers. Each Scout has its own Tube Plug, so the open Scout's test-tube end can be closed.
